If you are concerned that your booking is affected by the recent liquidation of the operator Kiss Flights please be assured that your holiday is fully protected under the ATOL licences held. You can determine whether this operator was used for your booking by checking the paperwork sent to you which included a Travel Itinerary. Under the SUPPLIER detail in the flight itinerary section of this document it will say Kiss.

The CAA have advised travellers faced with demands for money at a hotel to call its helpline as the ATOL scheme protects them against having to pay again. It has been sending out guarantees to hotels across Turkey and Greece to ensure holidaymakers are not put out on the street.
