magnificent loggerhead turtles - there are no water sports in the resort, however,

Zakynthos/Zante Island & Capital:
If you’re looking for a beautiful location to get away from it all but with a great
nightlife scene then Zakynthos/Zante could be the perfect location.
Zakynthos/Zante, is the third largest of the Ionian Islands and covers an area of 410
km2 (158 sq mi) with a beautiful coastline that is roughly 123 km (76 miles) in length.
The island is named after Zakynthos, the son of a legendary Arcadian chief Dardanus.
The capital of the island is the town of Zakynthos and there’s a harbour with ferries
connecting the island to the mainland and the beautiful island of Kefalonia.
Zakynthos/Zante offers a plethora of beautiful beaches - many with a back drop of narrow
bays, rocky arches and cliffs. The island offers exceptional attractions for SCUBA
divers due to its crystal clear waters, wide range of marine life and many the dive
sites are cave dives around the island.
