Accommodation is either in the main building, bungalows or maisonettes providing
many accommodation options and making this an ideal resort for family groups. Each
room is equipped to the quality and comfort you’d expect from a property of this
standard, with individually designed contemporary styling.
You’ll find air-conditioning with individual control/ heating, bathroom with bath,
hair-dryer, direct-dial telephone, fridge/mini-bar, music, balcony or terrace with a
fantastic view of landscaped gardens or the sea, safe box (with charge) and satellite
TV.
Located on the south coast of Kos Island on the beautiful waters of the Aegean,
Kardamena was originally a small quiet fishing village with only a few tavernas.
Kardamena now boasts dozens of hotels, restaurants, bars and shops which are sure to
please every taste, age and holiday preference.
There's a wide variety of entertainment available day and night to keep the whole
family entertained. With the combination of lovely weather, beautiful long beaches,
resort facilities and vibrant nightlife, it’s no surprise that Kardamena is one of
Greece’s most popular resorts. The crystal clear waters encourage scuba diving and
there are lots of other activities centred on the exquisite waters such as sailing,
wind surfing, etc.
There’s also a water park, boat trips to islands and mainland Turkey, shopping, horse
riding and much more. There’s a useful free transport service that runs a regular
service between the hotel and the town of Kardamena.
For guests choosing the all-inclusive programme, all meals are served buffet style in
the main restaurant with special show cooking.

La Pergola tavern is open for lunch (11:30-14:30) with Greek & Italian specialties.

the Chinese restaurant (19:00-21:00).
Children restaurant Les Smurfs is also available (parents permission needed) from 12:00-
13:30 & 18:30-21:00. Snacks such as sandwiches, pastries and a variety of cold and hot
snacks are available between 10:00 & 23:00 at the Villagio café and at the beach bar.
Customers can have ice creams from 10:00-24:00. Fresh fruit, water ice creams are served
around the pools and the beach during summer season.
Tea & coffee time with cookies, biscuits and pastries is from 17:00-18:00. Locally and
internationally produced alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks like cocktails, beer, soft
drinks, refreshments, ouzo, etc are served from 10:00-24:00 at the Casablanca bar, the
beach bar, the Nautilus beach bar, the café bar Villagio, the Navarone bar, the internet
café and the Irenne Papas (according to each outlet opening hours).
In room mini-bars with beer, one big bottle of water and soft drinks are restocked every
second day. Lunch baskets are also on offer with one day prior order until 20:00.
Chargeable Extras: Room service and food & drinks orders after 20:00 are available at a
charge.
All Inclusive Information: There is a dress code during dinner e.g. shorts not allowed
and the all-inclusive programme is valid from 07:00 until 24:00. Guests are also able to
use the all-inclusive programme at the sister hotel at Mitsis Ramira Beach, Kos. All
you have to do is show your 'all-in' bracelet!

Sport facilities at the hotel include two floodlight tennis courts with equipment,
billiards/pool, aerobics, table tennis, beach volley ball, water polo, darts, etc.
There’s day and night entertainment with the multi-lingual animation team musicals,
cabarets, sketches, shows, competitions, games and much more.
Sun beds and parasols are in abundance and you won’t be disappointed with the size of
the swimming pools, there’s even a water slide – that’s not just for the kids (for
grown up kids too!). There are also canoes, pedalos and wind surfing (certificate
required).
The children won’t be disappointed as there’s a range of clubs with trained staff
offering an imaginative range of activities, there’s also a children’s pool, and
playground and kids disco from 21:00 to 21:45. There’s the Mini Club for 4-12yrs old
and Junior Club (July/August) for 12–16 years olds. There’s also a children’s
restaurant, so parents can get to enjoy a few hours of relaxation while the kids are
meeting new friends and having fun.
Sports & Leisure: There’s an outdoor free-form swimming pool with wide sun terrace and
sun loungers, pool with two giant water slides, separate children’s pools (one fresh
water, one salt water), kid’s water slide, two flood-lit tennis courts, tennis lessons,
water sports centre with water ski-ing, banana, pedalos, wind surfing, catamaran,
canoes and parachute, beach rings, scuba diving, volley ball, beach volley, basket ball
court, table tennis, billiard/pool room, animation: day and nightly entertainment with
Greek theme nights with live music and a disco.
Motorized water sports and the disco are chargeable, as is baby sitting (on request).
However, cots and highchairs are available free of charge – please request locally if
