There are 440 guestrooms, 300 of which have been extensively renovated. Newly renovated
rooms are all carefully appointed with a warm décor and wooden furniture and offer all
the comforts of a 5-star resort. All rooms have the choice or either sun, sea or side
views.
All rooms feature: Individual air-conditioning/heating, Marble bathrooms in the
renovated rooms, Hairdryer, Exclusive bathroom amenities in the renovated rooms,
Direct dial telephone, Mini fridge, Mini bar in the renovated rooms, Satellite TV,
Radio, Balcony or terrace with a fantastic view, Safety deposit box (extra charge),

There’s also a choice of:, Standard Rooms which can accommodate up to 4 people,
Bungalows which can accommodate up to 4 people and Family Rooms which can accommodate
up to 5 people.
Mitsis Rinela Beach Hotel Facilities: A blissful time is to be had by the
whole family, whether your idea of paradise is to relax by the pool or to get physical
with a myriad of water sports. There are two outdoor sea-water swimming pools with 2
water slides for the kids and plenty of comfortable sun-beds and parasols (free of
charge and no reservation allowed).
The multi-lingual animation team is sure to please with a range of activities such as
aqua aerobics, pool games, beach games, billiards/pool, table tennis, etc. for endless
fun during the day and evening! There’s also a new indoor theatre with its own bar.
If you fancy a dip in the sea, then the hotel’s beach is available and also features a
good selection of water-sports including windsurfing, water-skiing, canoes and
scuba-diving - some of these facilities incur a charge. The beach and the pools are
attended by a professional lifeguard.
There’s plenty for the kids, nothing’s too much trouble in this family friendly resort.
There’s plenty of family fun on offer with inventive programs and dedicated kids
facilities as well as activities that families can engage in together. 2 seawater
children’s pools, fresh water pool, 2 water slides (under parents’ supervision),
Children’s restaurant, Children’s Animation programme, Mini club (4 to 12 years old)
6 days a week and Playground (operates from 10h00 to 12h00 and from 16h00 to 18h00).
Mitsis Rinela Beach Hotel Sports & Entertainment Facilities: There’s a good
range of day and evening entertainment with the multilingual animators who are available
6 days a week. Once a week there’s a Greek Folklore evening with traditional Greek
entertainment!

Extra charges: All motorized and mechanical water sports (available from the beginning
of May), such as: Water ski, Jet ski, Banana boat, Diving centre with courses for

Mitsis Rinela Beach Wellness Spa: Pamper yourself and enjoy various programmes designed
to rejuvenate and heal. The Spa is well equipped with its own indoor pool and treatment
rooms. A special place where time stands still for perfect moments of personal discovery
and renewal. Spa treatments incur additional charges locally.
Mitsis Rinela Beach Dining Options: The Mitsis Rinela Beach is 5-star
all-inclusive resort and guests can enjoy a wide range of drinks, snacks and meals
throughout the day at no extra charge. The all-inclusive offer includes full-board
(breakfast, lunch & dinner) plus snacks, refreshments, local alcoholic drinks and
cocktails, soft drinks, juices, tea, filter coffee and ice-cream.
Main Restaurant (Recently refurbished): Meals are served buffet style with a good range
of local and international cuisine, as well as “show cooking”. The restaurant operates a
none-smoking policy and guests are required to be decently dressed in all hotel
departments during the evening.
Chinese Restaurant: Indulge in the finest, authentic, a la carte Chinese cuisine! The
Chinese restaurant operates from 18:30 to 23:00 and table reservations are required.
Taverna & Snack Bar on the sea-side: Operating for lunch from 12:00 to 14:30 and for
dinner from 19:00 to 21:30 - Table reservations are necessary. Seasonal.
There is also a Children’s Restaurant, Café Rinela, Main Bar, 2 Pool Bars, Beach Bar,
Open Air Disco & Theatre. Guests having booked an excursion can exchange their pension
meal with a lunch basket. An early continental breakfast is also available for early
departures. Please note that orders need to be placed until 20h00, one day earlier, at
the reception desk.
Kokini Hani Local Area: Kokkini Hani was originally a small fishing village
and thanks to the area’s good sand, shingle beaches and clean waters became a popular
holiday spot. Lying to the north of the island, Kokkini Hani is a good base from which
to explore the central region of Crete. Kokkini Hani has quite a laid back night-life
compared to the busier resort of Hersonisos which is only 10 km away.
There are around 30 restaurants and 15 bars, a few supermarkets and plenty of shops and
also several car rental agencies. The area is known for its north-westerly wind, which
makes the area popular for wind-surfing.
