Boasting a rich choice of events throughout the year Jersey certainly will not disappoint. Jersey Live
Festival offers a full line up of international artists performing in what is known as the little ‘Indie
Rock’ festival. Alternatively the Jersey Battle of Flowers is one of the most colourful carnivals in summer,
perfect for seeing the island at its finest.
History and heritage plays a big part in the allure of Jersey, so why not see for yourself. Visit the
medieval castle of Mont Orgueil or the Hamptonne Museum for an insight into island life. Also sharing
Jersey’s past history are the Jersey war tunnels and their additions such as the Garden of Reflection,
trail and visitors centre.
A day in Jersey would not be complete without visiting the Maritime Museum in St Helier and
learning of days gone by. Or for the more adventurous why not head to the shores and experience
the thrill of various watersports. Evening time brings a fine array of restaurants serving seafood
and international choices. Soak up the atmosphere and enjoy a different style of mouth watering
cuisine each night.
