To qualify all you have to do is:

• Ensure that the holiday company offers you the same ATOL protection as we do
• Ensure that the holiday details are exactly the same as the one you have booked with us, (this includes the flight operator, flight number and departure and arrival times. The departure and arrival airports must be the same airport as the one you have booked). In summary, the holiday must be based on a like for like basis and cannot include promotional vouchers that you may be eligible to redeem.
• Ensure the holiday is available at the time of informing us

We reserve the right to validate your claim and our customer service team will check the availability of your chosen holiday with the competing company.

What Is ATOL And Why Is It So Important

ATOL or "Air Travel Organiser's Licence" is a consumer protection scheme operated by the Civil Aviation Authority. It exists to protect the consumer from losing money or being stranded abroad in the event that a tour operator goes out of business. The ATOL licence scheme provides comprehensive consumer protection to over 28 Million people in the UK who buy flights or flight inclusive holidays each year.

In January 2008, the Department for Business Enterprise and Regulatory Reform (BERR) produced a guidance note in an attempt to end the confusion surrounding whether or not travel retailers have to provide protection to their customers. It is our view that all travel retailers providing flight inclusive holiday packages are required to hold an ATOL licence in addition to complying with the Package Travel Regulations Act 1992.

For clarification purposes BeachCollection.co.uk not only provides ATOL protection to its customers but also complies with the Package Travel Regulations Atc. When you book with us you can be safe in the knowledge that your money is secure in the unlikely event of our failure.
