Q. Do you specialise in any countries?
A. No, we are able to give advice and provide great rates and deals to most popular
holiday destinations worldwide. By doing this we are able to specialise in tailoring your
holiday to suit your needs.
Q. Do your flights and packages include baggage?
A. As we feature flights from nearly all UK airlines and tour operators, you should note that each has
their own policy of including hold baggage in the prices we display. If hold baggage is included, this
will be indicated during the booking process. Where no hold baggage is included and the airline or tour
operator has provided us with the facility to pay additional supplements for same, you will be provided
with that option during the booking process.
Please note we cannot be held responsible if there has been a technical malfunction of this option not being
displayed through our system.
Normally, where hold baggage is included within the price,
and this has been indicated to you, the average maximum weight of such hold baggage is normally between 15Kg and 20Kg per
1 item, however all airlines vary in actual weight allowances.
Some airlines and tour operators also provide the option of paying additional supplements in order
to increase hold baggage weight by 5Kg per 1 item and when this option is available we will also indicate this
to you during the booking process.
If you are in any doubt, we recommend that you check with the individual flight operator for terms and conditions,
or call our call centre on 0871 702 9521
Q. What flight suppliers do you use?
A. We have a large range of charter and no frills flight operators who provide us
with our flights. By not tying ourselves in with a single supplier we are able to
offer you the best possible prices and to mix and match the flights to find you
the best deal.
Q. Do your prices include airport transfers?
A. Airport transfers can be provided at an extra cost. Once you have selected your
flights (and accommodation) you will be given the option to include transfers to
your booking. Please note this service is only available on selected routes as
advertised on the site.
Q. Who supplies your transfers?
A. All of our transfers are provided by mainstream companies. These companies lead
the industry and give you the peace of mind of booking with confidence.
Q. Do I need a passport?
A. Yes. You will need your passport for all flights outside the UK. Also please
note that to enter some countries they require that you have a minimum of 6 months
until the expiry of your passport. Please check your passport well in advance of
travel as it can take up to 12 weeks to get a replacement.

UK passport and are a British Citizen then you will not need a visa. If you travel
outside the European community then you may need a visa. For detailed advice please
